When asking about my Kirsten's head replacement the phone operator told me something interesting that I'd thought I would share with you all. She said that the dolls are all made from several different vendors so skin color, wig quality, and other facial qualities vary from vendor to vendor! You never know what you're gonna get...like a box of chocolates...LOL
